I struggle with going to bed at a decent hour.
By decent I mean by 10:00 p.m.
I struggle with getting up at 5:00 a.m. for my morning workout.
Who can function on 5 hours of sleep?
Getting to bed at a decent hour would help tremendously.
I struggle with writing this post.
Too tired to think of something interesting.
Too spent after a day of teaching little ones.
I struggle with the demands of the workday.
So many things to do; self-evaluations, reports, and planning meetings.
All of that in addition to teaching, engaging, planning, assessing, remediating, enriching, differentiating, collaborating, and connecting with parents.
I struggle with getting through this week.
Two more days before I can revel in a much needed spring break.
Three more days of slicing to complete this challenge.
Tomorrow is new day.
A new outlook.
A new plan.
I struggle with number 1 too which makes everything harder in the day. I need to get better at going to bed on time. Wishing you a restful night of sleep!
ReplyDeleteYes, it really does. I havn't done well with number 1 at all this week. Tonight I'm hoping to change that:)
DeleteThere's poetry in your struggle. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks Kellylou. I was pretty tired when I wrote it.
DeleteI struggle too, Valerie. I almost threw in the towel this week. Squeaking out the last few days while the marking, the cleaning, and the sleeping piles up. It's been wonderful and hard, too.
ReplyDeleteIt has been hard, but worth every minute. I'm glad we're both hanging in there.
DeleteYou can do it! What if the struggle means there is truly something worth fighting and working for?
ReplyDeleteI wonder what that end goal , that"for", is for your struggle.
Thanks for your support. I think there is something great at the end of this rainbow. I can't wait to see what that is. I'll keep you posted.
DeleteI think we all struggle with some of those same things and a few more. Life sure does keep us busy. I sometimes wonder how we manage to get it all done. Somehow we always do. Hang in there, your break is around the corner. (I'm on break right now so let's not hurry the week too much.)
ReplyDeleteSmiles,
Cathy
Yes, sometimes I'm amazed at all that I've accomplished. I'll try not to hurry the week too much, for your sake Cathy. Those wonderful breaks always go by too fast.
